HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Haunted houses and trails, hayrides, and trick or treating events are happening through Halloween!

Trick-or-treating
- Where: Valor Hall, 105 Walter Garrett Lane.
- When: Saturday, Oct. 26 at 5 p.m.
- Cost: Free and open to the public.
- Details: A family-friendly evening packed with spooky fun! Enjoy a hayride to a pumpkin patch where you can pick the perfect pumpkin, stroll down Trick-or-Treat Alley to collect plenty of sweet treats, and, if you’re feeling brave, venture into a haunted house.
- Where: Downtown Hopkinsville, South Main Street.
- When: Thursday, Oct. 31 from 3:30-5:30 p.m.
- Cost: Free and open to the public.
- Details: Join Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation for an evening of family friendly trick or treating downtown! Come in costume and bring your own candy bag.
Hopkinsville Community College Fall Fest
- Where: Hopkinsville Community College, 720 North Drive.
- When: Thursday, Oct. 24 at 5-7 p.m.
- Cost: Free and open to public.
- Details: Join HCC for their annual Fall Fest with trick-or-treating, snacks, games, and family fun!
- Where: Christian County Animal Shelter, 2935 Russellville Road.
- When: Saturday, Oct. 12 at 9 a.m.
- Cost: Free
- Details: There will be food trucks, vendors, raffles, games, face painting and plenty of fun to be had for furry friends and their owners. The animal shelter will also be offering microchips and nail trims for $15.
Oak Grove Community Center Halloween Fest
- Where: Oak Grove Community Center, 1705 Thompsonville Lane.
- When: Thursday, Oct. 31 from 5-8 p.m.
- Cost: Free
- Details: Halloween events including sweetest contest, monster ball, games, food, tarot reading, and more!
- Where: Christian County Sheriff’s Office, 701 West 7 Street.
- When: Thursday, Oct. 31 at 5 – 6 p.m.
- Cost: Free
- Details: CCSO deputies will pass out Halloween candy from 5-6 p.m. on Halloween night.
- Where: Trail of Tears Park, 1730 East 9 Street.
- When: Saturday, Oct. 19 from 4-7 p.m.
- Cost: Free
- Details: Join Kentucky Cruizers for their unique car show with a trunk or treat twist!
Patriot Chevrolet Annual Trunk or Treat
- Where: Patriot Chevrolet Buick, 4401 Ft. Campbell Blvd.
- When: Saturday, Oct. 26 from 1-5 p.m.
- Cost: Free
- Details: Join Patriot Chevrolet for their annual trunk or treat where local businesses will pass out candy. There will be a contest for best decorated vehicle.
- Where: Stadium of Champions, 9503 Eagle Way.
- When: Tuesday, Oct. 29 from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
- Cost: Free
- Details: Grab your best costume and head to the Stadium of Champions for the first ever Power of One Trunk or Treat sponsored by the students of Christian County High School and Hopkinsville High School.
Haunted houses
Prosperity Falls Haunted Acres
- Where: 3190 Prosperity Lane, Hopkinsville.
- When: Fridays and Saturdays from 7 p.m. to midnight and Sundays from 7 to 10 p.m. through Halloween.
- Cost: $15 admission per attraction.
- Details: Two haunted attractions, the Trail of Terror and Ride of Screams hayride.
- Where: 1595 Billy Goat Hill Road, Hopkinsville.
- When: Fridays and Saturdays from 7 p.m. to midnight and Sundays from 7 to 10 p.m. through Halloween.
- Cost: $15 for admission
- Details: Walk-through haunted house attraction.

- Where: Casey Jones Distillery, 2815 Witty Lane.
- When: Thursday, Oct. 10, 17, from 5-7 p.m.
- Cost: $35
- Details: Immerse yourself in the joy of pumpkin painting, whether you’re a seasoned artist or a complete beginner.
Fall Festival Parents Night Out
- Where: Hopkinsville YMCA, 7805 Eagle Way.
- When: Friday, Oct. 25 from 4-7 p.m.
- Cost Non member $25.
- Details: Join the YMCA for games, food, fun, pumpkin painting and more!
- Where: Fun Zone, 1015 Skyline Drive.
- When: Saturday, Oct. 12 from 11-5 p.m.
- Cost: Admission is $3.
- Details: Bring the family to Fun Zone for their first Fall Fest with bounce castles, candy, vendors and more! Costumes are encouraged!
- Where: Studio 3, 210 East 9 Street.
- When: Sunday, Oct. 13 at 2 p.m.
- Cost: $10
- Details: Join Christian County Relay for Life for a costume contest, and a witch’s tea luncheon.
- Where: Christian Way Farm, 19590 Linville Road.
- When: Saturday, Oct. 19 from 10-6 p.m.
- Cost: TBD
- Details: Join Christian Way Farm for their annual day of praise. There will be food, music, and the telling of the pumpkin story!
- Where: Jeffers Bend Environmental Center, Metcalf Lane.
- When: Saturday, Oct. 19 from 6-8 p.m.
- Cost: $5
- Details: With about 300 people expected to participate. The mothers, dads, children, grandparents, and others in attendance will sit
around a campfire to enjoy the Bell Witch Story as told by local historian William Turner, and Wayne Goolsby, Educator and Storyteller.
- Where: Thomas Street Recreation Center, 2600 Thomas Street.
- When: Friday, Oct. 25 at 6 p.m.
- Cost: Free
- Details: Join Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation for a Halloween movie night with a costume contest, face painting, and more!
Fall Fest: Trunk or Treat on the Boulevard
- Where: Vanderbilt Pediatric Associates,
- When: Saturday, Oct. 26 from 11 to 3 p.m.
- Cost: Free
- Details: Join Vanderbilt Pediatrics and Associates for our Fall Fest: Trunk or Treat on October 26 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.! The event will include Trunk-or-Treating, bounce houses, face painting, and more!
- Where: Studio 3, 210 East 9 Street.
- When: Saturday, Oct. 26 from 7-10 p.m.
- Cost: Free
- Details: There will be a live band, music, drinks and a costume contest. Adults only.
Christian County FFA Halloween Ag Adventures
