HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – The Pennyroyal Arts Council is hosting Shadows of the 60s: A Celebration of the Stars of Motown, an electrifying tribute concert honoring the legendary artists of Motown. The concert is Friday, Feb. 14 at 7 p.m. at the Alhambra Theatre.

This highly interactive and visually captivating production brings to life the timeless music of The Temptations, The Supremes, The Four Tops, Smokey Robinson, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, Gladys Knight & The Pips, The Contours, and many more. With exquisitely designed costumes and powerhouse vocals backed by top industry musicians, Shadows of the 60s recreates the energy and magic of an original Motown concert experience, transporting audiences back to the golden era of soul.

According to a press release from PAC, audiences will be swept away by the show’s vibrant performances and nostalgic memories from the moment the curtain rises. The evening culminates in a jaw dropping grande finale, celebrating the full legacy of Motown with a thrilling tribute to its greatest stars.
