HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – If you don’t already have Valentine’s Day plans there are a couple of events happening Friday including a concert at the Alhambra, and a bluegrass quartet dinner! On Saturday, participate in a trivia bowl, ask questions to local legislators, and visit the past, present, and future with Men 2 Be.

Shadows of the 60’s: A celebration of the stars of Motown: The production features industry musicians and singers in stunning costumes and choreography, recreating the original Motown performances at The Alhambra Theatre, 507 South Main Street on Friday, Feb. 14 from 6-8 p.m. Tickets are $38-$50.

Love Bluegrass Dinner and Concert:Westview Assembly of God is hosting a Dinner-Concert with the renowned Bluegrass Quartet “Tim Graves & The Farm Hands.” The event takes place at Westview Assembly of God, 400 Pyle Lane on Friday, Feb. 14 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15.

Black History Trivia Bowl 2025: The Trivia Bowl is open to youth/students currently in grades 5-12. The format is a double-elimination tournament bracket. The event is hosted by the Human Rights Commission at Hopkinsville Community College, 720 North Drive on Saturday, Feb. 15 at 9 a.m.

Coffee with Our Legislators: Hosted by the League of Women Voters, local state representatives and senators will be in attendance to answer audience questions. The event is at Holiday Inn, Tilley Way on Saturday, Feb. 15 at 8:30 a.m.

Men 2 Be Echoes of Hopkinsville Live Wax Museum: At the Echoes of Hopkinsville live wax museum, you’ll witness captivating portrayals of past, present, and future leaders who have made or will make a significant impact. The event is at the CCMS Cafeteria, on Saturday Feb. 15 at 12:30 p.m.
