HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Hopkinsville now have a new, streamlined way to connect with their city government. The City of Hopkinsville announced the launch of Hoptown311, a mobile app designed to make reporting concerns and staying informed easier than ever.
“Hoptown311 is another step forward in making city services more accessible, transparent, and responsive,” said Mayor Knight. “We’re committed to giving our residents tools that make it easier to take part in keeping Hopkinsville a great place to live.”
The community was invited to get an early look during a ribbon cutting ceremony on Aug. 28, at Hopkinsville City Hall to see how Hoptown311 works.
With the new app, residents can:
- Report city concerns such as potholes, flooding, property issues, and more.
- Track the progress of submitted requests in real time.
- Receive important city updates and notifications.
