HOPKINSVILLE, KY – The Christian County Public Schools Education Foundation awarded $7,000 in Bright Ideas Grants during a special presentation held at the Christian County Board of Education on Wednesday, Oct. 22.

The Bright Ideas Grants program provides funding for innovative classroom projects designed by CCPS employees, awarding up to $500 per project. This year, the Foundation received 24 applications, with 14 projects selected to receive funding. Each recipient will receive $500 to help bring their creative and engaging ideas to life.

“All CCPS employees are eligible to apply for a Bright Ideas Grant,” said CCPS Education Foundation Executive Director Angie Major. “This initiative empowers our educators to think creatively and provides unique learning experiences that directly benefit students.”
