Bobby Carter, Jr., 59, of Hopkinsville, KY died at 8:45 p.m. Thursday, October 19, 2023 at his residence.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, October 28, 2023 at Northside Church of God with Bro. Jeremy Leek officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour at the church. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Hopkinsville is assisting with the arrangements.
A native of Hopkinsville, KY he was born September 9, 1964 the son of the late Bobby Nelson Carter, Sr. and Wanda Raby Joiner. He was a warranty writer for H&R Agri-Power and a member of Northside Church of God. Bobby loved living on the farm, from bushhogging around the farm or working the cows, he enjoyed all the tasks of everyday farm life.
Survivors include his wife: Jackie Carter; his children: Brandi Hoover, Whitley Carter, and Immanuel Carter all of Hopkinsville, KY; his sisters: Sherri Reed of Crofton, KY and Davette (Bryan) Blalock of Nashville, TN; and his grandchildren: Leighandra Hoover and Keigan Hoover.
