Meet Athena — your perfect companion in fur form. At just 1 year and 4 months old and weighing a perfect 29.2 pounds, this sweet hound mix is ready to make her way right into your heart and home! Athena was originally adopted from us, but sadly returned when her family had to move and could no longer keep pets. The bright side? She showed just how wonderful she is with little ones — gentle, patient, and full of love. She truly is a family dog waiting for her forever home.

Athena is as friendly as can be! She has done beautifully with every dog she’s been kenneled with, making her a great addition to a multi-dog home. She’s crate trained (such a smart girl!), though she’s still working on her housetraining — with a little consistency and care, she’ll settle in beautifully.

This lovely girl is up to date on all her vaccines and is heartworm negative, so she’s healthy and ready to start her next chapter. She will remain with us until her spay is completed, but she can still be adopted and have her forever family ready and waiting!

Athena’s adoption fee will be just $70 during our Empty the Shelters Event — a small price for a lifetime of unconditional love, happy tail wags, and cozy snuggles.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion to fill your home with joy, Athena is ready to be your perfect match.

Zuko is a 1-year-old orange domestic shorthair with a big personality and even bigger energy! This playful boy was owner released when his previous family could no longer care for him, and now he’s on the hunt for a forever home that can keep up with his fun-loving spirit.

Zuko is great with other cats and does well with children, making him a wonderful addition to many types of families. We’re not yet sure how he feels about dogs, but he’s shown himself to be adaptable and curious. He handles vet visits like a champ, though he may whine a bit during car rides—he just likes to let you know how he’s feeling!

This energetic guy will play with just about anything you give him and is always ready for action. If you’re looking for a lively, entertaining companion, Zuko is your guy.

He has received his first round of vaccines, along with flea and tick treatment and dewormer to keep him healthy. Zuko will need to stay with us for his neuter procedure, but he can still be adopted in the meantime so you can secure your new best friend.

During the Empty the Shelters Event, Zuko’s adoption fee is just $53.
