Charlie is a handsome senior boy looking for a family to spend his golden years with. At around 6 years old and 50 lbs, this black-and-tan Beagle mix has plenty of love left to give!

Charlie came to us without much information about his past, so we’re still getting to know him. What we do know is that senior dogs like Charlie deserve a chance to be loved, spoiled, and comfortable in a home of their own. Charlie is our Pet of the Week!

Thanks to the generosity of PAWS in Lyqon County, Inc. Charlie’s adoption fee has been partially sponsored and is now only $27.47 + tax!

If you’ve been thinking about giving a deserving senior a second chance, come meet Charlie! He’s waiting for someone to show him just how good life can be.

Meet Thistle! Don’t let the name fool you—there’s nothing prickly about Thistle! This adorable 15-week-old Tabby and White Domestic Medium Hair is as sweet as they come. With his handsome tabby markings, soft fluffy coat, and playful personality, he’s sure to brighten every room he explores.

Thistle came to the shelter because his previous owner had too many cats, and now he’s ready to put down roots with a family of his very own. He has done wonderfully with other kittens and loves spending his days playing, exploring, and finding new toys to chase. His curious nature and endless energy make every day an adventure!

At just 15 weeks old, Thistle is still young enough to adapt to just about any home. With proper introductions, he has the potential to do well with other cats, dogs, and children, making him a wonderful addition to many different families.

Thistle has received his first round of vaccines, a flea and tick treatment, and a dewormer. He will need to remain at the shelter until his neuter appointment, but he can still be adopted now and will be ready to head home once his procedure is complete.
Thistle’s adoption fee is $63.60!

If you’re looking for a playful little companion who’s equal parts curious, affectionate, and adorable, Thistle is ready to grow alongside you. Stop by and meet him—you just might find your newest best friend waiting for you!
