CHRISTIAN COUNTY, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – A vehicle fire on I-169 in Christian County is impacting traffic Friday evening.
Christian County dispatch reported the vehicle fire around 4:30 p.m. at the 16-mile marker of I-169 heading southbound. Since then, this section of the roadway has been shut down while the area can be cleared.
The Christian County Sheriff’s Office warns drivers that traffic may be slow or stopped in this area. Photos shared by deputies appear to show a truck on fire that was towing another vehicle. No injuries were reported.
