HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Tiffany Luna has officially been appointed as the Executive Director for the Christian County Public Library.

Luna is no stranger to the library, she began as a part-time circulation library assistant in 2016, became the Youth Services Librarian in 2017, and was then promoted to Operations Director in 2019. She has been serving as the Interim Executive Director since February.

During her seven years of service to the library she has been instrumental in the management of staff, the continued development of the adult collection, and the implementation of new programs, including the new RFID systems and the laptop checkout program. “I’m honored to have been part of the library’s past growth and am excited to be a part of its continued growth,” said Luna.

Tiffany is involved in the community currently serving as a board member with the Pennyrile Arts Council and Sanctuary Incorporated.

Bart Cayce, HCCPL Board Chair shared, “I am always excited to see growth from within an organization. Tiffany has done a great job during her time as the Interim Executive Director, and we look forward to seeing how she puts her mark on the library.”
