HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Two women are facing four drug trafficking charges after large amounts of cocaine, marijuana and fentanyl were found in their home on Sunday.
A report from Hopkinsville Police Department says that while officers began to execute a search warrant at a residence on Howell Street, two women were seen leaving the home and placing a bag in a vehicle. The women were detained as officers searched the residence.
Officers report that they discovered cocaine, marijuana, and over 100 M-30 fentanyl pills in the home. Other drug paraphernalia and money was found in the suspect’s vehicle.
They are both being charged with possession, along with three trafficking charges. HPD reports that more charges are pending, and more arrests will follow.
