HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Hopkinsville Police are continuing to investigate shots that were fired into an apartment Saturday night.
On March 28 just after 11 p.m. several shots were fired into an apartment building at New Horizon Scholar House on Glass Avenue. A report from HPD says a total of six spent shell casings were located on the scene. The shots damaged the downstairs window and bricks, resulting in around $600 in damage.
If and when a suspect is apprehended, they are potentially facing a criminal mischief charge. HPD says the suspect wantonly engagement in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury.
