HOPKINSVILLE, KY – Campanile Productions is pleased to announce that tickets are now on sale for their upcoming performance of 9 to 5, The Musical. Tickets can be purchased online at the Campanile Productions website. Performances will be at The Alhambra Theatre in Hopkinsville, Kentucky March 13-16, 2025.

With Dr. Jeff Riggs back in the director’s seat, the cast of 30 just completed a weekend of “Boot Camp” spending 18 hours in rehearsal learning music and choreography to get a jumpstart on the show. Anna Beth Riggs, choreographer, led the hard-working cast made up mostly of Hopkinsville-natives. There are also cast members from Madisonville, Princeton and Clarksville.

Regarding the weekend “Boot Camp”, Anna Beth says, “They’re killing it. They sound and look amazing. I think Hopkinsville is really going to love how much fun this show is. You don’t want to miss it. They are giving their all.”

With music and lyrics by Dolly Parton and book by Patricia Resnick, 9 to 5 is based on the seminal 1980 hit movie. Set in the late 1970s. This hilarious story of friendship and revenge in the Rolodex era is outrageous, thought-provoking and even a little romantic. Pushed to the boiling point, three female coworkers concoct a plan to get even with the sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot they call their boss. In a hilarious turn of events, Violet, Judy and Doralee live out their wildest fantasy – giving their boss the boot!

While Hart remains “otherwise engaged,” the women give their workplace a dream makeover, taking control of the company that had always kept them down. Hey, a girl can scheme, can’t she? For further information, contact Sherry Riggs at campanileproductions@gmail.com or
