Alva Ray Johnson, 83, of Hopkinsville, KY died at 2:25 p.m. Saturday, May 11, 2024 at his residence.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be private. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
A native of Logan County, KY he was born May 13, 1940 the son of the late Alva Lester Johnson and Louise Johnson. He was a Semi Truck Driver during his working years and was self-employed.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Sandra Johnson; and sister: Thelma “Sissy” Wright.
Survivors include son: Alva J. (Sidney) of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; daughters: Jeana (Jeff) Feasterville of Cedar Hill, Tennessee; Judy (Jim) Conger of Springfield, Tennessee; Robin (Jeff) Rudolph of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; grandchildren Candice Peterson; Cayce (Kali) Armstrong; Cassidy (Blake) Eakes; Catherine (Nathan) Rister; Abigail Johnson; Ava Johnson; Amelia Johnson; and Evan Feasterville.
