OAK GROVE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Operating as an annex of Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel, a new casino is set to open near Land Between the Lakes in Calvert City.
Marshall Yards Racing & Gaming has announced they are opening on Feb. 25, marking the eighth gaming entertainment venue from Churchill Downs Incorporated in Kentucky, according to a news release. This new location will also help support the racetrack located in Oak Grove. The project is estimated to create 100 permanent jobs.
The public is welcome to attend the grand opening celebration to witness the $40 million gaming complex. The facility will feature over 225 historical racing machine games, simulcast and sports wagering, along with food and beverage offerings including Wet Your Whistle and a Sports Bar.
Marshall Yards Racing & Gaming is located at 65 Campbell Drive in Calvert City in the Land Between the Lakes area. Guests can sign up for FastTrack, CDI’s premier Players Club, at Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel to begin earning rewards ahead of the February grand opening.
