Betty J Hensley, age 89, of Cerulean, KY, passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at Princeton Health and Rehab of natural causes. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with Brother Ryan Scott officiating and burial to follow in Bainbridge Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour at 1:00 p.m… Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.
Mrs. Hensley was born in Trigg County, KY, on December 18, 1934, the daughter of the late Clarence and Nora Hale. She was a homemaker and a member of Bainbridge Grove Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Hensley; her sister, Margaret Croft.
Survivors include her son Alan Hensley of Cerulean; her daughter, Becky Hensley Riddle (Chuck) of Cerulean; her brother, Kenneth Hale of Christian County; her sister, Janet Glass of Christian County; her grandchildren, Elliot Riddle and Lane Riddle; and her great-grandchildren, Adelyn, Easton, Emerie, and Everleigh.
