HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Bill Chaudoin has been selected as the new head coach for the Lady Tiger softball program at Hopkinsville High School according to a press release from CCPS.
Chaudoin has been involved with the program for several years and will be building upon the program with coaches Tara Toliver, Anadia McCoy and Butch Hancock. “I am grateful to be named the head softball coach for Hopkinsville High School,” Chaudoin said. “I believe that participation in athletics is a key component to fevloping strong character in young adults.”
For the past seven years, Chaudoin has served as both volunteer and assistant under former coach, Tara Toliver. He also has been instrumental in the Hopkinsville Middle School softball program.
The announcement came from athletic director, Blake Leach who is excited to welcome Coach Chaudoin. “We feel his knowledge and commitment to the program will serve as a great experience for our athletes, and we are looking forward to him developing and growing our softball program,” Leach said.
