Bobbie Nell Simmons, 93, of Hopkinsville, KY died at 9:22 a.m. Sunday, June 2, 2024 at her residence.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 8, 2024 at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home with Rev. David Tucker officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour.
A native of Linton, KY she was born May 20, 1931 the daughter of the late Vernon Carr and Addie Allen Carr. She was retired from the banking industry. She was a member of Second Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter: Jean Nosbusch; and her son: Christian Simmons.
Survivors include her sisters: Peggy Martin of Murfreesboro, TN and Betsy Taylor of Cadiz, KY; her grandchildren: Shan (Jess) Nosbusch, Nicole (Bret) Crowder, and Lance (Lana) Nosbusch; and several great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Second Baptist Church or Pennyroyal Hospice.
