OAK GROVE, KY – Motorists should anticipate some traffic impacts along I-24 and KY 115 (Pembroke Oak Grove Road) in Oak Grove this week.
A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to block the northbound lane of KY 115 over I-24 July 6 and July 8 to set beams for the new bridge structure to expand the overpass.
One-lane traffic with alternating traffic flows controlled by flaggers will keep traffic moving in both directions. Motorists should anticipate delays mid-morning through late afternoon.
During this work today, there will also be rolling roadblocks utilized on I-24 while the beam is being set.
