HOPKINSVILLE, KY – On Monday, Christian County High School Executive Principal Ken Carver announced three head coaches for the new Christian County High School. Taylor Butler-Gilmore will serve as coach for the Tiger Dance Team, Kaleigh Stout will lead the cheerleading team and girls basketball will be under the direction of Coach KiKi Radford . The district is continuing preparations for the opening of the new CCHS.
“We are excited to welcome three more outstanding leaders to our coaching staff at Christian County High School, said Executive Principal Ken Carver. “Each brings a strong background in student development, leadership, and a deep commitment to helping young people grow and succeed. We look forward to the positive impact they will make on our students, our programs, and our school community as we continue to build a culture of pride, discipline, and achievement at the new CCHS.”

Taylor Butler-Gilmore- Dance Team
Taylor Butler Gilmore, a Hopkinsville native, is a fourth-grade teacher at Millbrooke Elementary. A 2019 graduate of Christian County High School, she was a proud member of the Colonelettes dance team for four years. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Murray State University and her master’s degree from Western Kentucky University. Taylor also shares her passion for dance as an instructor at Bluegrass DanceCats. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, singing, and performing in theater productions with Campanile Productions.
“I am incredibly honored and excited to be named the head coach of the Lady Tigers Dance Team,” said Coach Butler-Gilmore. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to build something special from the ground up and I’m ready to bring energy, pride, and heart to every step.”
Kaleigh Stout- Cheerleading
Kaleigh Stout has been named the new head cheerleading coach at Christian County High School, bringing a strong background in both competitive and school cheerleading. A Hopkinsville High School alumna, her passion for the sport began as a student cheerleader and has continued to grow throughout her coaching career.
She spent eight seasons coaching with Bluegrass Cheercats, developing athletes at the competitive level and building a reputation for excellence in technique and performance. Stout then returned to her alma mater, Hopkinsville High School, where she served as head coach for the past four seasons. During that time, she elevated the program, consistently leading teams to state and national competitions. Under her leadership, HHS earned a Top 10 finish at the state level in 2022 and national recognition in 2024, placing 20th in the nation in the Game Day Small Division.
Outside of coaching, Kaleigh enjoys spending time with her husband, Nate, and their two daughters, Ansleigh and Brynn, who are a constant source of motivation and support.
KiKi Radford- Girls Basketball
A native of Cadiz, KY, and raised in Hopkinsville, she is a 2001 graduate of Christian County High School. She was a six-year varsity starter for the Lady Colonels basketball and softball teams before earning a full basketball scholarship to Belmont University in Nashville, TN. At Belmont, she was a four-year letterman, three-year team captain, and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion.
She returned to Hopkinsville in 2013 to invest in the community that helped shape her. After serving three years as head coach at Christian County Middle School, she was named Head Girls Basketball Coach at Christian County High School in 2016. Over the past decade, her teams have won six district championships, made annual regional tournament appearances, and earned a regional runner-up finish. She has been recognized as KABC Region 2 Coach of the Year and 2nd Region Basketball Coaches Association Coach of the Year.
She currently teaches Physical Education at CCHS. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching P–12 from the University of the Cumberlands (2019), Rank 1 certification (2024), and an Education Specialist/Principal P–12 degree (2025). She is also an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer..
Christian County Public Schools held a press conference on Monday morning to welcome Butler-Gilmore, Stout, and Radford.
