Charles Anthony “Ryder” Rogers, 65, of Crofton, Kentucky died at 11:23 a.m., Thursday, February 15, 2024 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Crofton with Rev. Larry Phaup officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgetop Cemetery in Crofton, Kentucky. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Crofton is in charge of arrangements.
A native of Madisonville, Kentucky he was born on July 22, 1958 the son of the late Charles Ross Rogers and Virginia Louise Scott Rogers.
He worked for Edward Warren Tire Company in Madisonville, Kentucky for several years and was a member of New Good Hope Church in Nortonville, Kentucky.
Survivors include his son: Chad Anthony (Sara) Rogers of Madisonville, Kentucky; his brother, Terry (Charlotte) Rogers of Greenville, Kentucky; his sisters, Connie (Tommy) Adams of Paducah, Kentucky and Glenda (Jimmy) Renshaw of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; his step-grandchildren, Abby Elizabeth Oakley and Andrew Jacob Gilbert; his step-great grandchildren, Waverly Elizabeth Oakley and Edward Suede Oakley.
