HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Christian County Sheriff’s Office deputies located a 25-year-old man who was previously featured as Hopkinsville-Christian County Crimestoppers “Fugitive of the Week.” The man is now in custody and is facing five additional charges, according to a news release.
On Nov. 30, deputies spotted marijuana in plain view of the vehicle the man was driving on Glass Avenue. After pulling him over, a gun that was reported stolen from Henry County was found in the floorboards of the vehicle. Also found in the car was a meth pipe and a backpack containing a scale and baggies used for drug distribution. After he was taken into custody, more marijuana was found during a pat down.
In addition to his initial warrants, the man has been charged five more times including drug possession, receiving stolen property, possession of handgun by convicted felon.
