With over 40 registered sites in Hopkinsville, Pembroke, Oak Grove, Lafayette and Crofton, residents began to set up their tables with home goods, antiques, clothing, arts and crafts, furniture, and more.
As the event runs until Sunday, Christian County is expected to see lots of travelers, which has inspired the local animal shelter to host their largest adoption event of the year, The Dog Days of Summer. Unfortunately, due to a dog coming in with canine distemper, adoptions are paused until further notice. However, local vendors are still set up outside the shelter with their wares as well as their own items to sell.
The full list of yard sale sites can be found on the 400 mile website.
