HOPKINSVILLE, KY – The City of Hopkinsville invites the public to attend a presentation of the Hopkinsville Housing Needs Assessment on Friday, July 18, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the City Council Chambers, located at 715 South Virginia Street.
Patrick Bowen of Bowen National Research, a nationally recognized real estate research and consulting firm, will present the findings of the comprehensive housing study conducted over the past year. The presentation will provide valuable insight into Hopkinsville’s current housing conditions and anticipated future needs, helping guide decisions for housing development, policy, and investment.
In addition to the Friday presentation, findings will be shared during the Committee of the Whole meeting on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 6:00 PM, also in Council Chambers. Citizens are welcome to attend either session.
