PEMBROKE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Pembroke is requiring residents and businesses to transfer to a new solid waste collection service provider, effective July 1.
Stinky Pinky will take over as the sole collection service for the city, according to a news release from the city of Pembroke. All businesses and residents within city limits must contact this new provider to set up an account. Each household will receive a new trash cart before July, with the new designated trash day on Tuesday’s.
Residents and businesses that have already paid the previous collection service for a future date are encouraged to request a refund. Any Pembroke resident that has not set up an account with Stinky Pinky can do so by calling (931) 551-9835.
