Connie Beth Hyams Noel, age 71, of Hopkinsville, KY, passed away Monday, February 5, 2024, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with burial to follow in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery in Cadiz, KY. Visitation will be at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM. The family has entrusted Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home to handle the arrangements.
Mrs. Noel was born February 20, 1952, in Hopkinsville, KY, the daughter of the late Joshua Luther Hyams, Frazia Brown McDonald and step-father, Edwin William McDonald. Connie was a homemaker and a member of Faith Memorial Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Hyams; and her brother-in-law, Billy Noel.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Johnny Wayne Noel, Sr. of Hopkinsville, KY; her daughter, Tara Estes (Travis) of Owensboro, KY; her son, Johnny Wayne Noel, Jr. of Hopkinsville, KY; her brother, John McDonald of California; her sisters, Frazia Foster of Clarksville, TN, Kathie Wallace of Hopkinsville, KY; her grandson, Zane Lopez; her sister-in-laws, Brenda Cameron of Hopkinsville, KY, Belinda McCain (Robert) of Hopkinsville, KY; her brother-in-law, Alan Noel of Hopkinsville, KY; and several nieces and nephews.
