Debbie M. Kougher, 62, of Cadiz, KY died at 8:05 a.m. Saturday, June 8, 2024 at Murray Calloway County Hospital.

A resident of Cadiz, KY she was born June 3, 1961 the daughter of the late James Kougher and Martha Kougher. She spent her adult life as a military spouse and raised two children.
She was preceded in death by her father James Kougher
Survivors include her daughter: Amber Van Der Kloet of Murray, Kentucky; mother: Martha Kougher; brother: Jim Kougher; sisters: Pam Anderson; and Connie Green; grandchildren; David; Craig; Emma Lee.
