Ms. Deborah Kay Allisbaugh, age 72 of Oak Grove, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, December 1 at her home of natural causes.

She was born June 28, 1951, in Toledo, Ohio, the daughter of the late Howard and Betty Moore Harbert.

Deborah didn’t have a lot of money, but she tried to make sure everyone knew she was thinking of them on their birthdays. She would always send a card with $5. Her mom, Betty was her best friend and she missed her greatly since her passing a few years ago.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Andrea Stepp and a brother, William Harbert. She is survived by two sons, Kevin and John Stepp both of Oak Grove, Kentucky; four daughters, Faith Roswall of Avilla, Indiana, Lacey Stepp of Oak Grove, Kentucky, Christiana Stepp of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Megan Hiestand of Columbia City, Indiana; fourteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

There will be a Memorial Service on Wednesday, December 6 at 4 p.m. at the Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 1505 Bethany Lane, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46825 with Pastor Debra Meuter officiating.
