OAK GROVE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Two individuals arrested at an Oak Grove motel Wednesday afternoon are being charged with drug trafficking and identity theft.
A news release says that on Feb. 18 at approximately 1:29 pm deputies with the Christian County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a motel room at the Days Inn in Oak Grove. This came after a deputy observed the vehicle parked at the motel and determined that the owner had two active warrants out for her arrest.
38- year-old Andrea McLane of Clarksville, Tennessee and 48-year-old Jeremy Alexander of Nolensville, Tennessee were both located inside a motel room. A search yielded drug paraphernalia, including items consistent with drug resale.
An arrest report says a pill bottle with Suboxone was located along with crystal meth. A debit/credit card from another individual was also found along with a Tennessee driver’s license that did not belong to them.
Both suspects were transported to the Christian County Jail and charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine), Drug Paraphernalia-Deliver/Manufacture, Trafficking in Controlled Substance 3rd Degree (Drug Unspecified), Theft-Receipt of Stolen Credit/Debit Card, Theft of Identity of Another Without Consent, along with McLane being served two outstanding arrest warrants.
