HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Brought to you by 5 Star Media Group, the Mega Job Fair is a regional event featuring businesses from the Clarksville, Fort Campbell, Nashville and Hopkinsville area. The two-day event will allow job-seekers to sit down with employers and talk about opportunities and apply for open positions with over two dozen companies under one roof at the Wilma Rudolph Event Center in Clarksville, Tennessee.
Individuals looking for jobs in Christian County will find hiring employers on site such as Christian Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Pembroke, Cumberland Hall Hospital in Hopkinsville, MWR on Fort Campbell, and dozens of other job opportunities from around the region.
5 Star Media Group, home of Christian County Now, Clarksville Now, and nine local radio stations, is also hiring for three open positions: a Google Ads/Targeted Display Media Advisor, a Media Advisor and a Media Plan Coordinator.
What to expect at the Mega Job Fair
To meet the various schedules of job candidates, the event will be held on two days:
- Tuesday, Aug. 12, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Wednesday, Aug. 13, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Mega Job Fair will also include a resource area, with vendors providing advice and information that will help people prepare for the work force. Among those vendors will be the American Job Center, Educational Opportunity Center (through APSU), Clarksville-Montgomery County Economic Development Council, Operation Stand Down, and Armored Trucking Academy.
The event is presented by Crown Staffing and Hankook Tire. Food trucks will be on site.
