HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Those looking to be vaccinated against the flu this season can receive a free shot at the Christian County Health Department by making an appointment or just walking in.
“Protect yourself and those around you by getting vaccinated against the flu this season,” said a news release from the health department. “Getting vaccinated is the most effective way to prevent the flu and reduce its severity.”
They will be offering both high-dose and regular-dose flu vaccines for all age groups. People can visit the health department in person or go to an offsite vaccine clinic offered at various community locations throughout the season.
