Glenn Irving Cross, 84, of Crofton, KY and formerly of Clarksville, TN died Saturday morning, November 2, 2024, at his residence.

Services with military honors will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 8, 2024, at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, KY. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Crofton.

A native of Taylor, New York he was born September 6, 1940, the son of the late Norman and Alpha Cross. He was retired from the United States Army where he was a proud member of the 101st Airborne Division. He was a lifetime member of the 101st Airborne Division Association. He attended the Crofton Christian Church.

Survivors include his wife: Bonnie Davis Cross; his daughters: Wendy (Stephen “Droopy”) Hancock of Herndon, KY, Candice “Candy” (Donald) Pickens of Indian Mound, TN, and Vickie (Marty) Gamble of Crofton, KY; his grandchildren: Joseph (Jessica) Yarbrough, Jarret Yarbrough, Devin Pickens, Caitlen Pickens, Makayla Gamble, and Mason Gamble; and his great grandchildren: Makenzie Yarbrough, Gracie Yarbrough, Grady Yarbrough, and Josie Yarbrough.

Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Crofton is in charge of the arrangements.
