HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Valor Hall Conference and Event Center will host a Halloween-themed murder mystery dinner show Oct. 11, and the community is invited to attend.
The “Gilligan’s Die-Land Murder Mystery Dinner Show” will combine comedy, suspense and dinner theater in an interactive experience. Guests will follow Gilligan, the Skipper and their fellow castaways as they try to uncover who turned their tropical island into a Halloween fright.
“This show combines everything people love about Halloween, costumes, mystery and a little fright with a lot of laughter and tons of fun,” said Traci Cunningham, executive director of Visit Oak Grove. “It’s the perfect way to celebrate the season with friends, or even a date night.”
The evening will feature dinner, cocktails, the live performance and a costume contest with prizes for the funniest, spookiest, and best Gilligan’s Island-inspired look. Halloween costumes are encouraged but not required.
The event is open to adults age 21 and older. Doors open at 5 p.m., dinner begins at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are available online through Eventbrite. For more information, visit www.visitoakgroveky.com or call 270-640-7144.
