HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Hopkinsville Beautification has announced their winners for their holiday decorating contest.
The contest was in an effort to recognize the efforts of Hopkinsville residents and businesses that encourage community pride and holiday spirit, according to a press release from Hopkinsville Beautification. Homes that were festively decorated with a cohesive theme, beautiful lighting, and a lot of creativity could win the award of Best Decorated Residence.
This year, the contest has 12 winners, one chosen from each ward in Hopkinsville.

- Ward 5- 1645 Windwood Court- Roy & Dana Staley
- Ward 6- 407 Tremont Drive- Harold & Shannon Gardner
- Ward 7- 385 Martin Place- The Tillman Family
- Ward 8- 803 Sivley Road- Cameron Farmer
- Ward 9- 409 E. 23rd Street- Margarita Reynolds, Anthony Dykes, and William Benjamin
- Ward 10- 131 N. Sunset Circle- The Velez Family
- Ward 11- 2807 Canton Street- Doyle, Ames, & Samsel Family
- Ward 12- 1914 S. Main Street- Mark & Shari Jones
The best decorated business was West and Witherspoon Florist and honorable mention goes to 6 Street Boutique.
Winners received a Certificate of Recognition signed by the Mayor and their photos shared online to Hopkinsville Beautification.
