HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Hopkinsville Brewing Company is the host of Books at the Bar, a book club run by the Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library.
For the last two years, this club has met monthly at their downtown location at 102 East Fifth St. to discuss a book selected by the library. Tiffany Luna, the executive director of the Hopkinsville Library, says that the later hours and location of this book club allows them to reach a different demographic of people. Plus, they love the opportunity to partner with such a local business.
People who are interested in joining can check out a copy of that month’s book at the library for free while copies are available, or people can bring their own copy.
Meetings are usually the last Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m. The schedule and book selection is shared every month on the library’s website and Facebook page.
