HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Downtown trick-or-treat in Hopkinsville has been rescheduled to Friday, Nov. 1 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Due to the predicted weather forecast for Thursday night, Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation made the decision to reschedule the downtown event. “Forecasts for the area predict heavy rain and lightning during the scheduled time of the event. The decision was made with the safety and comfort of all attendees in mind,” said HPR in a news release.
On Friday, children twelve and under, accompanied by an adult, can trick-or-treat from local businesses and organizations on Main Street.
