According to data from AAA, the average price in Hopkinsville is $3.859. Putting these numbers side by side to a year ago, AAA says the average price for regular grade fuel was $2.821 in Hopkinsville in 2025. Only one month ago, the average was $2.698.

Compared to the rest of the state, western Kentucky has the lowest average prices. In more central counties, prices rise near or past the $4 mark.
