HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – On Dec. 15, Christian County will play host to Hopkinsville High School in a varsity basketball girls and boys doubleheader game.
Girls will tip off at 6 p.m. with the boy’s game to follow at 8 p.m. The game will be held at the Lyle Dunbar Gym at Christian County High School, 220 Glass Avenue, according to a press release from CCPS.
Gates will open at 4:45 p.m. and lines are expected. Attendees will enter on the front side of the gym and once admitted to the game, no re-entry is allowed.
Everyone in attendance will pass through a weapons detection system and no bags will be permitted except for small diaper or medical bags.
Students from both Hopkinsville and Christian County High will get in the game for free with their student ID. Children younger than high school age must be accompanied by an adult, and if left unsupervised, a parent will be called to pick them up.
Tickets are available online only and can be purchased at the GoFan website for $10. Concessions will be also be sold.
