HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – After a deceased man was found at Westside Park earlier this week, a Hopkinsville man has been arrested as a result of a homicide investigation.
On July 28 at approximately 6:16 a.m., officers with the Hopkinsville Police Department responded to a report of a deceased individual in the Little River near Westside Park. New information from HPD says the victim, 34-year-old Clifford Barber of Bowling Green, had multiple gunshot wounds to his torso.
Today, the Hopkinsville Police Department announced that 44-year-old Terrance Christian of Hopkinsville has been charged with his murder.
Christian was arrested and placed at the Christian County Jail. Along with the murder charge, he is also facing charges for criminal trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia, and meth possession.
