HOPKINSVILLE, KY – The Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County is hosting our first History on Tap of 2024 on Thursday, January 25 at 6:30pm at Hopkinsville Brewing Company.
Grace Abernethy takes us on a visual tour of Hopkinsville’s 7th Street in this program about Edgar Cayce’s life in our community. From his wedding to his first psychic reading to his photography studio, Cayce’s world in Hopkinsville centers around this thoroughfare. Abernethy connects his story to the history of the buildings and businesses that line the street, offering fresh insight into one of our community’s most famous people.
History on Tap is a free series that seeks to share local history in a relaxed, fun setting. Programs are typically held on the last Thursday of the month at 6:30pm at Hopkinsville Brewing Company.
