HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – The Hopkinsville Police Department is still on the lookout for Earl Cook Jr. When authorities find him, it will be Cook’s 15th arrest in Kentucky, according to police.
Cook, 26, is wanted for failure to appear, fleeing and evading police first-degree, attempted assault first-degree on a police officer, criminal mischief and several other charges, police said.
According to a news release by the Hopkinsville Police Department, police and the Christian County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s help locating Cook. Authorities say he has a history of assaulting law enforcement officials, fleeing and evading, and carrying deadly weapons, so do not attempt to make contact with him. Rather, call law enforcement.
There is a $500 cash reward for information that leads to Cook’s arrest. Call 270-887-TIPS (8477).
