HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – After two years of the spooky, seasonal storefront opening in Hoptown, there is local speculation about whether Spirit Halloween will return to Bradford Square Mall on Fort Campbell Boulevard this year.

The store locator on the Spirit Halloween website currently does not list Hopkinsville as a location that will be “coming soon”. Opening dates are listed for locations in Bowling Green, Owensboro, Paducah, and other cities across the state line in Tennessee. The website also does not list any open job positions for Hopkinsville, and there are no signs posted on the storefront it previously opened at.

The Halloween superstore first opened in the Gordmans at the old Bradford Square Mall in October of 2023, and again in 2024. Since last fall, the mall continued to develop with Rural King and Ashley Furniture Outlet opening that same year. Nearly 90,000 square feet of unused space in the mall and 10 acres of adjacent property is currently listed for sale.

Spirit Halloween is the largest Halloween retailer in the country. With more than 1,500 seasonal locations in strip centers and malls across North America. Christian County Now has reached out for further clarification.
