HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – The community is invited to the library all week long for some fun programs ranging from building a diorama out of Peeps, having a Nerf glow party and enjoying some Shakespeare. Spring Fling is a week of free programming for kids, tweens and teens with something new to check out every day at the Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library.
Kicking things off on Monday evening, the library will be filled with giant board games to play. For the Glow Nerf Party on Thursday, youth can bring their own Nerf guns and come to enjoy snacks and games in a glow in the dark environment.
The week will end with a Hip Hop Shakespeare performance where classic sonnets will be put to contemporary music.
