HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – The Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library is kicking off their book sale from Aug 15-17 with hundreds of books and DVD’s available for purchase.
Titles from favorites like James Patterson and Janet Evanovich are stocked, along with classics, kids chapter books, young adult books, biographies, and picture books. New and old movies are available on DVD as well.
People can bring their own shopping bag and fill it up with books and movies for only $5 a bag. The sale will be Thursday and Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 6 p.m., and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Library Executive Director Tiffany Luna told Christian County Now that they try and have book sales twice a year, and books that are not sold will go onto their regular store shelf or end up donated.
