HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – The Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County invites the community to learn more about historic buildings downtown during a Spring Stroll on April 26 at 11:30 a.m.
Led by Museum Director Alissa Keller, this walking tour will explore the residential district on and around South Main Street. Keller will discuss historic architecture while sharing stories of the people that have shaped the town, according to a news release from the museum.
The tour will start in the parking lot at First Baptist Church on the corner of South Main and East 16th Street. The tour will last approximately 90 minutes and cover around one mile. Tickets are $10 per person and $5 for Museum Members.
Purchase tickets online through the museum’s Shopify Store or in person at the Pennyroyal Area Museum. The Pennyroyal Area Museum is located at 217 East 9th Street and is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am until 4pm.
