HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Platinum-selling country band of brothers Parmalee has been confirmed as the headlining act for this year’s two-day family Summer Salute festival in downtown Hopkinsville.

Since their debut on country radio, Parmalee has earned over 1 billion streams and has been heralded as Country Music’s Breakout Stars by MSN Entertainment. The band is comprised of brothers Matt and Scott Thomas, cousin Barry Knox, and lifelong friend Josh McSwain. They have several No. 1 hits including “Just the Way” and “Take My Name.”

In addition to Parmalee’s headline performance, the 8th annual Summer Salute will feature the Jimmy Church Band and a diverse lineup of artists, food vendors and family-friendly activities.
