HOPKINSVILLE, KY – Dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, sizes are waiting to be adopted at the Christian County Animal Shelter. The shelter is at 2935 Russellville Road, and the phone number is 270-887-4175. Business hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 10:30-4 p.m. and the shelter is closed for lunch from 12:30-1 p.m.

This is Flurry. Flurry is a 2 year old DMH grey cat. Flurry came to us as a stray and he is FLV/FIV/HW NEGATIVE as of 12-13-23. He is also already NEUTERED. Flurry was very scared when he came into the shelter but he has adjusted very well. Flurry has came out of his shell and he is very sweet and loving. He has been using his litterbox since he has been here and he has also got along with the other cats here at the shelter. All Flurry wants for Christmas is to be in a loving forever home. Flurry’s adoption fee is $42.50.
Hey guys this is Chloe. Chloe is a 23 week old Lab mix. Chloe was owner released to us because every time they would leave the house she would tear stuff up due to her having separation anxiety so she would need to be crated when you leave her at home. Chloe does fantastic with other dogs, cats and kids! She is not house trained yet but it shouldn’t take her long to learn. All Chloe wants is is find her FURR-EVER home!!
