Zero (Christian County Animal Shelter, Contributed)

Zero is a 6-month-old male crossbreed with a heart as big as his name is small. Found as a stray and never reclaimed, Zero is now looking for a second chance with a patient, loving family. Life has been a little overwhelming for this young pup, and he can be very scared in new situations. He doesn’t walk well on a leash just yet, but with time, kindness, and consistency, he’s slowly learning to trust. Once he feels safe, Zero shows his true personality—sweet, gentle, and affectionate. Zero currently shares a kennel with one other dog, but we’re not sure how he does with other dogs outside that situation. We also don’t know how he behaves around cats or young children, so a home with dog-savvy kids over 12 would be best. His house and crate training status is unknown. This boy has a lot of potential and just needs someone who understands that trust takes time. If you’re willing to go slow and give him the space he needs to come out of his shell, you’ll be rewarded with a loving, loyal companion. Zero is heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations, and ready for adoption! Give Zero the fresh start he deserves — come meet him today! Zero’s Adoption fee is $115.50 plus tax.
