Update, 7:45 p.m.: A Tornado Watch has been issued for Christian and surrounding Kentucky counties through 2 a.m. Wednesday.
A Tornado Watch from the National Weather Service means that conditions are right for a tornado to form. If a tornado is spotted or indicated on radar, a Tornado Warning will be issued.

HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – The National Weather Service has declared a hazardous weather outlook through Wednesday night as storms and rain continue to roll through the area.
With heavy rain and small thunderstorms breaking out Tuesday morning, more is on the way with the possibility of storms Tuesday afternoon and evening. Lightning, heavy rain, high wind gusts, and small hail are all possible with this storm system, according to the National Weather Service.

Wednesday will not see much relief with another storm outbreak expected, especially later in the day. NWS speculates that conditions could include damaging wind, large hail, and tornadoes as a cold front comes through.
