HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Repairs to the Pennyrile Parkway underpass in Hopkinsville will take place next week, which will cause a shift in traffic.
A news release from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says road crews will block Calvin Drive while the repairs are taking place. The closure will begin on Oct. 21, and is expected to last three to four days, weather permitting.
KYTC notes that there will be no marked detour on the roadway, but motorists can bypass the blockage by using U.S. 41 between Skyline Drive and Bradshaw Road.
